Jonjoe Kenny

Naa not sure you know. He's very very average.
So is Coleman. I don’t think anyone is saying Kenny is the long term answer, but surely competition for the RB position is a good thing?

Coleman needs someone challenging him to at worst remove complacency if not to simply push him on; also, it’s good to have flexibility in terms of rest.

Kenny should start our next fixture as he’s earned his place based on tonight’s performance.

A lot safer than Coleman, His 1st premier league game. He can get better, Coleman is on the downward curve. Give him another go.
No just no, if John Joe is the answer what is the question. Game lad I've give him that but Tony Hibbert was Cafu when compared to JJ. Don't let that performance fool you, Very little came down his flank and Iwobi have him great protection all evening.

He's running down his contract for a reason, not offered a new deal and we haven't received anything worthwhile for him

was he better than Coleman has been lately?

we all know the answer to that one, and whilst the choice is between the two of them it should be his spot to lose

I thought he was fine tonight. I often think he is "fine" though.

Never great or anything just there. A somewhat usable body.
But everyone wants the next cafu for 50p. I've always thought he can be a good squad player same as Davies and even dowell before he moved. Nothing wrong with having young lads as squad player's it's better than having over paid deadwood

Agreed, though hes not that young anymore is he? 24 I think?

Ideally you sell him on for a couple of million, nothing wrong with that but whilst he is here we may as well use him from time to time.

Fair enough but I would rather have him playing than Coleman right now. He’s never had a run in the team. Probably never will.

said this a while back but imagine we'd kept Dowell but not signed Iceland / Klassen / Rooney

fairly sure we'd be in a much better place now, even if Dowell still didn't make it

Did ok. They did work his side well and tbh some of those jusst missed. But if you hold Chelsea to one goal away you have to credit your defense, so he gets a tip of the cap.

I never really yelled at him like Iwobi, I mostly forgot he was there, so I guess that's good.
