I think he's done well defensively but going forward he's been so limited. We really need to see his game in the final third develop.

In this team he hasn't had much of a chance the way they play. I don't think seamus would be getting forward that much in our ultra defensive system. Add to that the headless performance of the centre backs and you can understand why.

I don't think it's fair to judge him to harshly, not yet anyway

Just that every time he gets the ball his body shape is to turn backwards. Maybe it's orders from the manager but he just looks so limited in possession and it puts us on the back foot every time because Martina at left back is doing exactly the same.

Looked like Hibbert today

That's who he reminds me of, and has all season. He is decent enough at defending one on one's, has plenty of heart (one of the only players in our team who does) and he seems to defend back post crosses really well despite his height but honestly his attacking play is horrifying, his crossing is dirge and he has no pace at all. He looks like a centre back to me that was moved to right back because he wasn't big enough to play at centre-half.

He has a lot more to his game going forward than he has shown so far believe me.

Not his best game today

Gone missing today. Defending all over the place.

He was so high up the pitch all the time today which was a major problem. He and Lennon staying in the same area and not covering each other. Really should have faulted their player for their 2nd goal.

A young kid he needs consistency and will learn.

But when are we gonna see it mate, I'm all for giving young lads time but its not like he is in and out of the team. He has had a long run in the team now and you could count the amount of good crosses he has put in on one hand, if that.

Today for instance he had two or three really good opportunities to put the ball in the box and had zero end product at all. As I said in my first post, he does have quality but that seems to be completely geared towards his defending (not today obviously as he got completely roasted by Fraser).

Honestly i think I saw a poll on twitter the other day asking Evertonians who should play, Kenny or Coleman, when the latter returns from injury. Are we seriously asking these questions? Come on.

He wasn't at his best today, but I thought Schneiderlin could have helped him out more in the build up that led to the Bournemouth second. Kenny put the tackle in, but then Schneiderlin just seems to dance around instead of attacking the ball.

Has he been out on loan in the championship previously ? Getting thrown in at the deep end with this team this season straight out of the under 23's is a tough ask if so.

Too early to say if he'll make it obviously but he's doing fine.
