I know he's young and all that, but really he's as bad as Martina at the moment. It got that bad for him today that he passed a free kick right to their player's foot in the final 15 minutes. Shocking run of form. I know this won't be a popular opinion, but he desperately needs putting back in the u23s as soon as Coleman is able to pull a shirt back on.

I think he made more defensive mistakes than Martina to be honest.

To be honest, Kenny has no passing ability that is anything close to positive.

I choose to believe his aweful distribution is down to fat fraud insisting on hoof at every other opportunity.

ok the lad didn't have his best game today but what's he played 20 first team games at most in a [Poor language removed] team its gonna happen that he has bad spells let support the lad .ratcliffe our most susscesful ever captain came into a team better than this one at full back and was awful for his first season .young kids are up and down cos he's not Cafu after 20 games lets stop cry arsein about it and support the lad

I'm just going to openly state this again..

Cuco Martina has, quite rightly, been getting both barrels from our fans for months now for his inability to get forward and link up with the man in front of him and his defending is simply not good enough. Regardless of whether he'd been played out of position regularly (full stop even) due to circumstances beyond his control this is the fact of the matter.

That said... for weeks now, Jonjoe has been no better.

Of course he's young with plenty of time on his side and has been asked a lot of this season (DCL & Davies in the same boat) but this is a fact. For me he's been on a steady decline since Christmas and will get worse unless he's taken out of the team.

He still has a lot to learn and the desire is clearly there, but he's been a detriment to the team in the last handful of games. I bet even he is glad that Seamus is back in the fold.
