Simply awesome. Went into the tournament the readymade fall guy and comes out a hero, No one will question him being England’s No 1 now. ..... well not until the RS sign Butland and the media call him world class.

His save from the cross was outstanding and very brave. He almost had a blunder when he spilled a shot but it fell lucky and every keeper needs a bit of luck now and then.

Overall, an excellent World Cup and at his stage of development should really boost his confidence.

Salah needs to replicate last season before any club spends silly money on him.
He is 26 now and had one brilliant season. Let's wait and see what 2018/2019 brings.
If Real are going to spend stupid money they should go after Mbappe... now there is a quality player.

Pickford almost on his own will mean that if we sold all the players we bought last summer we could break even.... not that I want to sell him, just highlight how well he has done.

Didn't De Gea just sign a new long term deal at Utd? Only Arsenal or Chelski would have the money and desire to sign him in the EPL Chelski only if their "taller" keeper moves on. I think Cech is done really.
Pickford's best bet would be 2 more seasons with us, excel again at the Euros and see where we have got to by then. He'll still be young enough to go for big bucks with a top club, if we are not there or thereabouts by then.
