I'm not disputing that he gave them the win over us. That happened. It was a bad, bad error.

What I think is hilarious and ridiculous in equal parts is the fresh wave of blame on him for everything beneficial happening to Liverpool since then.
Man City lose to Chelsea and this thread gets bumped.
Liverpool beat Man Utd and this thread gets bumped.
Liverpool beat Wolves and this thread gets bumped.

It was a horrific mistake but all this hate on him for things way, way beyond his control is absolutely ludicrous. You said it yourself you have an irrational dislike of him, so stop trying to rationalise it with utter bollocks lol

No, not the Man City results, just the Liverpool resuls. They got a shot in the arm from that derby great escape.

And Everton's form cratered after his calamity...just that little matter too.

Most people recognise that impact. That's why we all acknowledge things like "turning points" in football. His mistake was definitely one of them.

King Howard was my favourite, stayed here for about 3 years pretending to be a blue, got called a kopite every day. Then tried to reveal himself like some sort of Scooby do villain even though he had been called out every single day
