Keeps making long clearances to players who are poor in the air and can't hold the ball up, doesn't take a genius to work out he isn't appearing on Mastermind any time soon.

I don't think I've ever been as irrationally affected by anything in football as much as his mistake against Liverpool. It's like it's bastardising my judgement on everything else he does even though I'm sure he'll be fine

Likewise.... his ego got in the way. A mardy uneccesary action... the same as his challenge of alli.

Still find it a bit weird how the Pickford balls up supposedly gave the RS momentum after playing us, considering they had just won 10 of their previous 13 league games, and were undefeated prior to playing us.

It did big time... anfield was quiet and we were going to make Liverpool the first team out of them and city to slip.

Pickford is still young. Very young for a goalkeeper.

He will make mistakes, rather him make them now and learn than do it in a few years when we need the consistency

I think it'd have placed less pressure on them in that Palace game. That shouldn't have been the case, but I think it was. They buckled in that game having to keep pace.
