Poor distribution and decision making today from him for the most part, though he came up with a strong save when that Jimenez was played through on goal early second half.

It's his first game back from the World Cup, he's had no pre-season – we shouldn't be too harsh on the kid. Need improvement next week, though.

Positioning is something you learn as goalkeeper, its why top goalkeepers don’t really hit their peak until late 20s and 30s. Pickford is 24, he got caught out by free kick specialist. As for the distribution don’t think we had the players on the pitch to day to play out from the back..
