It's absolutely shocking that we (along with the majority of top clubs) can't produce 1 top keeper every few years.

I think it reflects really badly on the specialist goalkeeping coaches that are hired. It almost seems like an afterthought with clubs. I simply refuse to believe that for the past 30 years we've scouted every single corner of Merseyside, found talented keepers and then not been able to improve them to the level where they are at least able to make the bench and be a number 2

Not Everton related but a lad I know has just been interviewed for a keeper coaching position at man united.

I asked Sir Alex Ferguson if Everton should sell Pickford if he has a half-decent Euros.

He should be gone in the summer at the very latest. I would drop him for the next game personally but I doubt it will happen.
You have to build from the back so he has to go.

I’ve taken it down so I can launch it at them next time they make me embarrassed to have followed them all these years. I figure it’d do more damage than just the darts.

In the 1960's usually the opposing goalkeeper suffered a dart or a coin hence the big circles then put around each goal end , and that's when we were doing well........
At least fetch the cushions back in the goodison stand......

We have four excluding pick them out of the net - Stek the OAP still on the books and a guy from Huddersfield we hardly ever see, and a under 23 keeper ...
