Agree, I think he should have done better with the first but it wasn’t a howler. Some others save it and perhaps Pickford does on another day. No fault for the second. At some point youre anticipating where they go with the shot when they’re that close.

I'd argue he should have done a lot better for the second. He should stand tall not be diving. Makes it easy for their player to hit it over him. He does it quite s bit. Hopefully the goal keeper coach is telling him this.

I agree it was not an unstoppable shot, but 1 v 1’s are a bit of a crap shoot. He stays too big and then he doesn’t get the extension to deal with a low ball. I’m not going to hold the second goal against him.

In his last two games, he’s faced 4 shots on target and conceded 4 goals. Keep crushing it Jordan. Scintillating form.

Had excuses for both goals, but the thing that has turned me off him is that he isn’t saving the 50/50s at the moment. He can’t be blamed for not saving them, but the weight of numbers where he isn’t pulling off a ‘big’ save is building. World class keepers get their fair share of ‘big’ saves, and he certainly isn’t. Definitely could have saved both yesterday but they weren’t easy

No keeper on both sides had a save to make ......it was a peculiar game ......we won so Pickford did his job .......and I still think he has to improve.....

Last two games we've conceded two shots on target and conceded 2 goals in each game.

That's 100% shots on target to goal conversation. So unfortunately no pickford is not doing his job and he hasn't been at all this season.

Just because we won doesn't excuse the fact we have a very poor keeper between the sticks.
