Nothing to do with Silva that Pickford is bobbins.
His biggest problem (and it’s not something that can be worked on) is he lacks concentration. He’s hyperactive and a result makes poor decisions. When he has to think that’s when he’s in trouble. For a goalkeeper to lack calmness is a massive handicap.
Its a split second mistake. Not a massive one or a horrendous error either for me. He should save it, he knows it. The bounce certainly doesn't help.
De Gea conceded more freekicks last season that any other keeper. Yet, we'd all have him here in a heartbeat
He did it with fat sam, fat koeman and fat rhino. The lad will be an annoying little tit with a walnut for a brain no matter who is in chargeI disagree - in a disciplined enviroment he's less likely to arse around compared to a dressing room where the managers a soft touch.
Add in no decent 2nd choice competition and its no wonder the squad are undisciplined.
Good post. I’ve made similar comments before.Mindful of Neville’s comment towards the end, and with regard to some of Pickford’s erratic play at times (as noted by Neville Southall) - to say nothing of his demeanour at times - I’ve often wondered whether he’s on the spectrum.
If so, he has my sympathies and I wonder whether the medical staff have picked up on any of this.
I'm sure we would.
I am also sure that we would be well within our rights to call him out for having a mare if he had one. Same as United fans do.

Famous result?
Drawing against City at home is a famous result?
Jesus christ, we have fallen.
But none of them want Romero taking over or him dropping.
Spot on, this.Thought he was at fault for the second and I wasn’t too happy about him grinning at 3-1 down after nearly costing us a fourth goal. Gone backwards since the World Cup for me. I think there’s a good keeper in there but for me he believes his own hype to much
Again, beating City at home, is not a famous result and drawing absolutely isnt. Which is what we were on target to do.Who said draw, you may have gone on to win.
Excellent player and TV analyst, poor coach/manager.Gary Nevilles opinion eh? who gives a toss.......go back to rawk lad
