Who would you replace him with ? Bearing in mind we need a new CB and entire Central midfield. Ripping 75% of the spine out of a team wouldn't benefit us particularly.

I am actually now of the opinion that Pickford needs replacing more urgently than our centre backs.

I think having him behind them is affecting their play.

I don't get this, " he redeemed himself nonsense." He did his job when he was supposed to. He didn't do his job for the goal.

I would happily sell him for what we paid and get a new goalkeeper.

BUT I really like his attitude and I'd love him to do well. We have a lot of ****houses in this team, but hes not one of them. To his credit, when he makes a mistake I've never seen his head go down and more than likely he makes up for it.

We got the feeling that he came into the game carrying a knock or other some form of injury to his calf (right - I think) because he kept touching it.

He didn't look comfortable kicking at all hence why maybe he was often asking the defenders to come and collect it. For the goal, he must shoulder the entire blame.

I always had him down as a top shot stopper who was lacking in other areas of his game, but now I am questioning his ability to make reliable saves.

But For the Love of Whatever the club as a whole should be banned from short goal kicks! we just don't have the quality. if Pickford had hoofed that upfield who knows what would have happened.

It was a great stop. Im not a fan and he needs replacing but reaction saves are a huge part of any keepers make up.

I rated Robinson and hart massively but then they seemed to make a couple of mistakes then never recover (must be an English thing)
