It was a great stop. Im not a fan and he needs replacing but reaction saves are a huge part of any keepers make up.

This. Even today for the united goal he was acting like the ball was on fire burning his hands. Couldnt wait to get rid of it. Joe hart was the same.

It wasn't really a mistake by Pickford that led to the Man Utd goal, imho. The mistake was made by Sidibé(?) with his poor pass to Walcott that resulted in us giving possession away and allowed Fernandes to get a shot off. Pickfords' part was simply that he was/is just not good enough to make what looked to be a 'bread and butter' save for any International rated goalkeeper.

I'd rate Pickford as a GK as 4/10.

I do think the word is out on him now. He just cant handle pressure. He justly belongs in the James, Green and Hart category.

The feller who came on the pitch at HT was head and shoulders above him as a keeper for Everton, and he was far from top rate.
