Yeah,i get that impression with him too,somehow that we should be grateful we have ingerlund number one keeper!

he's England's #1 because Southgate is stubborn, and England doesn't have anyone better. not because he's a world class keeper. Hell he's not a keeper at all, he's an occasionally brilliant stopper. Doesn't belong in England, or the EPL

He had completely clear vision, and it went through his little alligator arms, after he positioned himself poorly and then got caught flat-footed. yeah, let's absolve him

how does this not say it all in about 10 words? he's not even living in the same universe as any of the 3 keepers you just mentioned

Never get dropped is the correct answer.
 

At the end of the game at Brighton he came over to the away fans to give away his clobber.

He strode over with an air of arrogance, chest out, proud of himself.

I felt pity that he couldn't hold his hands out and in some way and apologise for yet another completely inept display form him.

Never really understood the big fuss about him when he was at Sunderland and for us to fork out 30M for him. There are signs that he's a good keeper but I doubt he'll ever be world class due to too many of his brain farts. beginning to remind me of Joe Hart and he needs to be dropped. If any of our other outfield players were performing poorly then they'd be dropped. He's
