Poor that first goal. Embarrassing for any keeper let alone international.

....he’s adequate, but he’s just not the type of goalie I prefer. I much prefer a big powerful type who commands his box over a keeper who can pick out a 50 yard pass.

All keepers will be beaten by pure pace on the ball, but with their first goal yesterday you would expect him to get something in the way of it when it’s in your body range. The punch out to an incoming striker was more of a concern with how he dealt with another effort on goal.

He's not good enough to play for us.

Hugely inconsistent and a woeful attitude. Yet he's treated as untouchable. Tim Howard was less of a liability.

Howard and Joel were both less of a liability, but if either had conceded that yesterday, they'd be lynched. It's not even the 1st time Pickford has done this exact thing, see West Ham away 2 seasons ago. Straight at him, straight down the middle, yet somehow goes straight through him.

And he comes across like a really unlikeable arrogant idiot as well.
