No, I'm telling you he would be too far forward. His positioning for the goal was pretty well as it should be.Are you telling me he could be chipped in that situation? Rubbish mate.

De Gea gets slaughtered every week for being a crap goalieHad a better game than David De gea did he not? I bet De gea doesn’t get slaughtered by his owns fans despite ultimately losing the game from a weak attempt of a punch

I don’t know, him nicking those donuts as a multimillionaire was a pretty bellend moveThe difference is that De Gea doesn`t come across as a massive bellend.
Fine keeper indeed but Big Nev is out on his own.....don't think Pickford is a bad keeper, but his positional sense is somewhat missing on occasion, and he needs to command his area more imo. Pat Jennings's positional awareness was so good that he made saving shots from all angles look easy, and like Neville, had complete control of his area, inspiring the rest of his defence. Jordan needs to improve if he wants to be a top class keeper like the guys mentioned above. Whether he will is up to the lad himself. You speaking just prem? Because Buffon was one of the best I’ve ever seen.
The rumored 350k a week de gea pockets is also a bit of a difference like ...The difference is that De Gea doesn`t come across as a massive bellend.
He is ok, but it would seem there is a communication problem between him and the back line to many salty moments, which normally indicates a confidence issue.
I can see why you don't get it, I only understood it properly once I started coaching GK. It's a balance between getting closer to the ball to narrow the angle and being far enough away to have reaction time. So if the ball is around the edge of the penalty area the best position is midway between the goal line and the six yard box, often referred to as "The Golden Arc".Nowhere near it then, perfect!
Player of the Year? The much maligned Pickford is keeping us in this - as he kept us in the prem a couple of years ago.
