I cant think how someone that had Cech
Neuer, Buffon, and Casillas as his GKs will stick with Pickford but I remember Carlo sticking with and defending Dida for a long time after a serious of errors .

Something isn’t right with his game/attitude/both and when keepers lose it it’s rare for them to get it back

Definitely replace him, but I’m not sure doing so this window is a realistic proposition

I don't understand why we've got Lossl if he isn't going to get a chance, even in the cup. Carlo has been very patient with Pickford and perhaps waiting for a positive reaction but there has been just so many mistakes now, and we're barely benefitting from his distribution either.
