Coming from you that's a complimentDetached from reality honestly
50 + henderson£50m for Pickford would be about right.
He’s had a fair few dodgy years with us, but no doubt these last 2 seasons he’s kept us up and shown he is a top tier keeper. At 29 with a a 5 year contract, I think £50m is realistic but we wouldn’t get any more than that.
Hopefully Spurs enter a bit of a bidding war to edge the price up.
He had a bad 18 after an excellent first season that led him to making some adjustments. Excellent for 2 years as you said.£50m for Pickford would be about right.

I think it's far too cheap but we all know Everton would snap their hands off. England's clear number one, 50+ caps and ever present and the most important player for us? £60m if we had a decent backup, £75m when you look at other goalkeepers that have been bought in the Premier League.£50m for Pickford would be about right.

Sanchez from Brighton would be good.
He's a very good keeper wanting a move.
I wouldn’t go if I were Pickford. The media hate him and most opposition fans now do also for no real reason as he’s always performed well for England. If he goes to a top 6 team he’ll be under the most ridiculous amount of pressure imaginable and will probably end up losing his England spot after his first error. If he stays at Everton and keeps being excellent then he only really has to navigate the derbies and he’ll end up staying England number 1.
Be lucky to replace pickford with £30m what would be the point in that?Get as much as you can obviously but if an offer over 30m comes in then he shouldn't be on Everton come August. I think any team buying him even at 30m is absolutely out of their mind so I can't say 45m is fair. I don't really subscribe to the whole "he's worth more to us" thing either. But I'm not going to complain if United for some unknown reason decide they should do it at that price.
Ultimately the paths I see are he stays or he's sold rapidly because we need to balance the books. If he's here July 15th he'll be here.

Until we have a side that is at least competing near the top half we should always sell our best playersHow many steps forward do you get with £30m. You buy 3 £10m players and you’d be lucky if 1 or 2 pan out. Not to mention the massive hole you have made in one of the most important positions in the team.
You do not sell your best players if you don’t have to and certainly not for such a small amount. Wouldn’t sell him unless he kicked up a fuss and certainly not less than £50m. You’d be paying over £20m on a Henderson or Kelleher.
Wonder which ex-Wolves keeper Thelwell will choose as his replacement
