Basically that he was told that he'd be the starter so he turned down loans and then they benched him after like 4 games where he didn't even play poorly.

no mate, the fault for the goals was giving the ball away very sloppily in midfield when under no real pressure, this meant that the full backs were ahead of the play and we were wide open at the back

Maybe but if you pause the action when he hits it,you can see it would be hard for Antony to score from there if Pickford stays closer to his line.

Hindsight is great, JP doesn't have that luxury. He did the right thing coming out unfortunately Antony did everything right, even then he managed to get a hand to it
