The scenario I was hoping for is we stay up, Wolves go down, we sell Pickford in the summer and get Jose Sa on the cheap. Absolute nonsense, obviously, but seemed plausible in my head before yesterday's game.

Sa cost Wolves €8m and there’s people that will come on here with a straight face and tell you we’d need to spend £70m to replace Pickford. Sa is the better keeper in my opinion.

He's borderline arguably worth an average PL wage between £40-60k a week. Anything else should be incentivised

If I were him I'd be getting me agent to start looking for club's. Won't get a better chance to move on from a basket case club like ours.

Let's be honest...he is one of the best goalkeepers in Europe.
