Wish he`d feel this way every time a cross is fired into the 6 yard box. He could do with having a good game today to make up for the poor showing early in the week. All very well saying the people in front of him are the problem, but the first mistake the other night was a good example of Pickford`s biggest flaw. He has a serious knack of doing something really stupid that give the opposition great chances to score. Your keeper should never need to come that far out of his box and lose the ball when there is plenty of defenders in that area to deal with it.

Didn’t watch the game… I’ve had about 10 different people tell me today how bad he was on Thursday and it’s time for a change!! My reply was 1 bad game in 7 years for England then.... was he really that bad??

Surely is your consistent keeper since Seaman probably. He had a mistake against Belgium???

Great shot stopper top class - coming out for the ball when attackers are involved, really poor .... he cannot control his box - stuck on the line & if he does come he flaps -

I keep reading he is a good shot stopper. Been trying g to find the stats on goals conceded. One site says 22 conceded from shots inside the area. Not the stats of a good shot stopper? Anyone good at finding that info?
