Mate he has a huge kick.. that doesn't mean he has to show how far he can kick it every time. The amount of times we are under pressure for long periods with no possession only for him to kick it straight through to opposing keepers or out of play needs to stop. He's a decent keeper and has earned us points this season and is a million times better than Howard and is up along side martyn as the best we have had since nev... but he needs to improve his distribution. What is toxic about that? Or should I be saying he's the next southall or seaman?

Post makes little sense.
He's a 'decent' keeper, then you go on to say a mile above Howard (who was what i would label a decent keeper) and alongside Martyn - who was actually a amazingly good keeper.
IF as you state he is at 23 already at Martyns level mate, then you are basically saying he could be the next Southall already - bit weird you putting Seaman and Southall in the same breadth though, ability wise Seaman was on a level with Martyn and a mile below Big Nev

Makes little sense? Howard wasn't a decent keeper... Pickford is... he's along side martyn as the best we had since southall becuase he and martyn are the only good keepers we have had since nev. I'm am not saying he could be the next southall as I don't think I will ever see a keeper that good again in my lifetime . I mentioned seaman as he is The best English keeper I have ever seen. I have not said Pickford is crap... my original post said he needs to sort out his distribution THATS IT!

Seaman the most overrated rated keeper i have ever seen, the guy was bang average. Very lucky that he played behind one of the best back 4’s ever. And yet still made a number of howlers in big high profile games for Arsenal & England.
