I agree mate. But it is the one recurring error with him and as I said one that happened consistently through the season. He erridicates that aspect of his game and the critic stops. The reason it continues is because he continues to palm easy to deal with shots straight down the middle. It's a fundamental basic of goalkeeping to clear the danger area when blocking shots

Trust me mate. The critics won’t stop. He could be peak Buffon and people would moan and think we could get a better player.

He's gonna cost England big time. His constant palming out of half decent shots straight down the middle of the goal to onward rushing forwards is criminal. He did it constantly last season. Have no idea why it's not been coached out his game but it's a major flaw.

He's had three goalkeeping coaches in one season, I doubt that helped his game.
