I'd give my left nut for 2 years of madness, him falling out with everyone, fighting with the fans and stewards, getting a 6 month ban for showing his ar$e at the sh*t tip, and us winning the league cup.

And that's exactly the problem. People going with their emotions and not their brains. Wanting interesting chaos and not logical stability. Short-term thinking over long-term planning.

I think he was harshly treated at United tbh but Spurs and Roma were absolutely right to bin him. He got Spurs to a final... against City. It's mad that people talk as if Spurs threw a cup in the bin by firing him. Even he'd been there they would very likely have lost anyway. And that Conference League with Roma, he had by far the best squad in the bloody competition. Would have been really embarrassing had they not won it. Look at where they were domestically, he spent absolutely loads and couldn't even get them higher than previously.

He isn't a bum, I'm not saying that, he still has some positives as a manager. But he's not the answer to anything really when it comes to sorting Everton out.

How is there 14 pages of wham for a manager who our actual owners sacked and were then subsequently told ‘knew nothing about football’

Jose is way past his best

But to vote no to Jose when our manager is Sean Dyche is quite baffling

Both defensive minded, both stubborn, but one has a European pedigree most would jump at.

That said, I'm very non-commital on Jose.

I'm also suspect on TFG even wanting him They sacked him, he slagged them off. I feel the rumours have stemmed from the story he wants another PL job, and people want to believe it, so they're running with it.

I don't think Jose will be the next manager of Everton.

Whoosh. It was a bit tongue in cheek, but, if you want a bit of logic, sound.

If you're a player you'd want to sign for, play for, and learn from one of the very best. You'd also want to play for a fella who has a proven history of winning stuff.

If you're a club owner, you might want to put your shiny new toy in a positive light, albeit temporarily. Someone who has worked at numerous successful big clubs, a fella who helped build a club like Chelsea, and propel them to becoming one of the best teams in Europe. No, it won't last forever, yes at times it'll be messy, but let's not pretend. If the flavour of the month Frank, Iraola, De Zerbi or whoever comes in and does half a job. He'll be off to Utd or wherever no sooner have the players lashed their 6th placed medals on ebay.

Finally, as a supporter, I want to see someone screaming at the 4th official, calling the cheating, corrupt ****s out 'LIVE ON SKY' instead of just bending over having a shake of the head at the 4th official, and making a few innuendos at next weeks' presser.

It really isn't difficult, the bloke is a winner, it's nothing to do with emotions. However, given large sections of our fan base, he'd be mad to come.

There must have been some great signings at fenerbahce with all these players who are desperate to play for him. Oh…
