What? Fellas not wanting to play in Turkey? Can you tell me any great players who have had long term careers out there? Oh...
But if everyone’s so desperate to play for him surely they will go? You can’t have it both ways, either he’s a massive draw for players or he isn’t, if they haven’t signed for him at feberbahce or Roma or spurs why will they here?

I never said everyone's desperate to play for him. I said "If you're a player you'd want to sign for, play for, and learn from one of the very best. You'd also want to play for a fella who has a proven history of winning stuff." I stand by that. Would a hungry player want to play for Mourinho in one of the strongest leagues in the world? Maybe? Would that same player want to play for him in Turkey? Probably less so.
If you are really suggesting that some fellas wouldn't choose to play for one of the most successful managers, ever? Sound. I think many decent players would choose him over the current flavour of the month. Onions and that.

Genuinely I think his methods would be seen as outdated by a lot of younger players now (the dele situation being played out in public won’t have helped in that regard) but yes of course he’d be more likely to attract a player than dyche would for example. I really don’t think he’d be an actual draw for players at all, but he can probably give a better sales pitch than most.

Agree in part. I suspect the coaches he would bring wouldn't be mugs, I reckon he'd push that onto younger fellas with newer ideas. Not that it's happening like.
