Second rate and another waste of wages. Somebody needs sacking at EFC for gross negligence.
There were quite a few advocating him on here. I never wanted him and dont like the January Window because the players you want dare not available.

I was relieved when it was only half a season. Ancelotti clearly didn’t rate him, but he didn’t seem to like attacking play anyway. King didn’t get enough of a chance in a team that was crying out for forwards.

l don’t think the fault was all with King.

Still a better option than Bernard or Iwobi, not to mention Coleman, the only player to move further foward in his twilight years.

Whole thing was bizarre.

Joshua King Criticizes Ancelotti.

- It's about the size of the club, the coach and the signals I got, he told Dagbladet.

Although he is clear that he does not regret that he went to Goodison Park, he is clear that not everything went as he was predicted:

- I do not regret that I went to Everton. I did not get the chance, not a single start. Had I got a start and not performed, I would have understood it, King says to Dagbladet.

- I had another offer that gave much more security, but was told that I would get to play and that I would get the chance at Everton. But it was not delivered, so then I feel that was not the intention, just.

Regardless of the time at Everton, he is left with one important lesson.

- Do not trust coaches who promise you things and say you will get the chance, that you will start ..., says King, who already after the first national team gathering under Ståle Solbakken's leadership was dissatisfied with the situation in Everton.

- Then I went and talked to Ancelotti, but what we talked about in that room, stays in that room…

Now he is aware that he feels led behind the light by the coach who has since taken over from Zinédine Zidane at Real Madrid.

He lied to me. But again; There are not many honest people who work in football. Except for the players, then. I had no relationship with Ancelotti.

Awwww diddums.

Probably seen him trying to kick a ball on the training pitch and thought "nah not having you lad".

The point is not King, but Ancelotti has built a reputation as a gentleman and as an excellent man manager in a cynical industry. The media has also left him alone, precisely because of this, in contrast to Mourinho. The only thing Ancelotti really cares about is the food on the table.

To be fair he was crap every time he played & missed multiple clear-cut 1on1 chances with his head & feet.

That doesn't make Carlo any less of a shameless fool, I cannot overstate how happy I was to see him gone. My father gave me a high five when he heard the news.

I'm guessing some of our players probably feel the same way.
