Regardless of which of the two options you truly fall under, perhaps you could just try and go for a walk in between your bouts of awful posting. It's one thing putting you on ignore, but when half of every transfer thread is you talking tosh, and the other half is people responding to your tosh, then it doesn't solve the problem.
