Think the skin around one of the stitches has split though doing physio exercises. Feels really sore this morning so gonna whip the dressings off in a bit and have a nose

If its not draining I'd prob use medihoney and dressing daily as you have slough (yellow stuff) there as well (which medihoney works really well on). Not saying bactigras is the wrong treatment often we just use betadine on black eshar which works the same as the bactigras. just ask the MD why haven't they haven't debrided it (all you need is numbing spray and an xcto knife say 1X week or every other week).Bactigras with a gauze over it
