It's all opinions but it's been more than 1. It's arguable that Stones has not even had 1 good season yet and that's who were swapping him for.

We were interested last summer and I badly wanted him then based on his season prior. He's still only young as well, and is actually showing his improvement season on season right now.

I agree, do an extent.

I do struggle with the idea of selling one of our young starlets, regardless of who is going to replace him.

But if we get an immediate boost from a better centre back as of right now, I think it could work for us.

It's crucial to build momentum over the next season or two. If we are to step up to the next level, the short term is really important.

I dont think many have seen him play. We would have the best CB in the league if we got him and make a huge statement which would attract others.

was talking about this to a friend not so long ago. For the money they spend (which has been on avarage about 100 mil a year) they should have one of if not the best team in the world.

Instead they have one maybe two world class players who are both injury prone.
