We probably have I'd imagine. There will be a tier system of targets in my opinion, keep going till we get one of them.

Sounds like we have a higher bid and his agent wants Chelsea to match the bid. If this is a straight choice just can't see he will join.

According to Koulibaly’s agent Bruno Satin, the player desires to leave the Naples club, citing ‘economic reasons’ as one of the key factors.

After stating his desire to leave, it is now down to Chelsea and Everton to battle it out for the defenders signature. Rather depends on when Man City actually make a formal offer and it is one that matches our valuation.

Don't know for certain but I would imagine it still goes on particularly if Agents have anything to do with it and have anything to gain in terms of fees.

It would depend what Chelsea value him at though mate, we could be bid more than what they're willing to go to.
