Not having a go but what defines 'progress'? Agreed fee? 'I will come', wages agreed? I'm quite intrigued by how the detail of all transfers work. I think people think it's like buying a tin of beans from McColls but I'm guessing it's an utter nightmare and a lot of work goes into these deals....
