Kebab or Pizza in the context of football fans protesting ownership groups

Which one do you prefer? Now think about it, are you sure? Really?

  • Pizza, obviously

  • No, hang on, you're right, I've never been disappointed by a kebab

  • Cheese on toast

Absolutely perfect beer food. Currywurst with a little bread roll is spot on. Düsseldorf has a great chips place on the alte Stadt that draws me in every time. Meatballs and cheese or pulled pork all over fries
On a different level to hotdogs over here. Not been to German for over 20years been twice though and loved it both times.

The reopening of travel could be just the excuse you need mate. We normally go a couple of times a year. We’ve got Düsseldorf and Cologne in August and Oktoberfest in September booked. Get yourself over there pal, currywurst, beer and Fräulein on your arm and you’re set

I would love to but quit my job a month ago lol. Got some health issues i want to deal with as well before looking again and I don't drink alcohol anymore haha. I still think germany is a worthwhile visit though and would love to go back sometime.

There's a place near mine that does proper greek-style pork souvlaki wrapped in flatbread and it is one of my favourite things. They're massive and only £6. If that counts as kebab, then that.

The trouble with decent Pizza is that it's always ridiculously overpriced, and doner mystery meat can get in the bin.

Oktoberfest cancelled this year.. sorry.☹️

All you donner meat lovers have serious issues, it's like someone scraped the dead skin off the bottom of their feet moulded it together and grilled it, sick sick people.

As opposed to a lovely pizza. I feel a lot of you have never had an italian pizza.
That's like comparing some awful frozen pizza made cheaply with low grade ingredients to the best examples of various kebabs. The best of either are fabulous. It's why I can't chose between the two options - there's a place for both in my belly.

Souvlaki - delicious. No other words needed.

Don't get me wrong, there are lovely kebabs out, been to some Turkish restaurants and they're beauts. I am talking donner kebab here, people should be locked away for serving that crap lol

I agree with the price and that goes for pasta dishes as well, given how cheap pasta is I find them extortionate.
