Met him at a football tournament some years back (he was watching his son play) introduced myself and told him I was an Evertonian. Couldn’t have been nicer, spoke so fondly about the club and it’s fans. I wish he would lose the tag of the last player to score a winner at anfield though.

We didn't get him from arsenal also how did you think we bought a A cart horse? We loaned him and he scored 9 in 8 games. Then we bought him
