I'd assume something along the lines of Naimsith, Pienaar and Mirallas swapping position behind Jelavic. Moyes has done that sort of thing before when he's had the players available.

He did indeed, with Donovan, Pienaar and Cahill behind Saha

Is relentless negativity an Everton only illness or is it shared by supporters of every other club.

We have sold Rodwell,we are doomed.
We have sold Rodwell for less than he is worth,we are doomed.
The Rodwell money will be kept by Kenwright and the babks,we are doomed.
We are chasing talented young players, but we can't afford them and they won't come to Everton,we are doomed.
We sign talented young players,if they are so good why are they coming to Everton, they must not be so good,we are wasting our money, still doomed.
Our best and most talented young players only signed for us so that eventually they can get a move to Arsenal or Utd.Yes..doomed.

Why not just be happy that we chasing and hopefully signing talented young players and if they eventually are sold ..as Rodwell was, hopefully the money will improve further our financial position and allow us to sign more talented players.

Whereas none of us like to see us selling players but ultimately the funds from these sales have helped improve the quality of our squad.

According to reports in the Yorkshire Evening Post, Everton are not planning to follow up their interest in Leeds United striker Ross McCormack following the sale of Jack Rodwell. Everton had watched McCormack twice recently, but the windfall from Rodwell's departure has given David Moyes extra funds to buy a new forward.
