I can't believe what went on last monday could happen at a Premier League Club,my team years ago at sunday league level signed a lad who was a useful player,he'd been the penalty taker at his previous team,our boss told him in no uncertain terms we had a lad on pens already and until he missed one or felt uncomfortable about taking one,that would be how it stayed.
 
I think the complete lack of anything from Bobby on this (except for the original damping down) is probably due to wanting to get Kev and the rest away for the week to the Middle East so they can sit down and work through it.
If it's all sorted and Kev is back in the fold then that's great, he'll hopefully put in a few performances and all will be forgotten. If it's not sorted and Kev is continuing down the road of disrespect and wants out then we all know the reason why and I wouldn't expect any manager with such unprofessional egotistical nonsense.

I imagine once things have calmed down, various promises will have been made by both sides and if he still wants out then we'll get shot in the Summer. Players just can't be allowed to just down tools and join another club whenever they feel like it, they at least have to do it in a controlled fashion that doesn't compromise the Club (as Eto'o has done)
 

Most of Mirallas' performances this season hardly smack of a player who has downed tools though. He made a monumentally stupid mistake but when he's been fit this season he's been one of our better performers.

I'm not having all this 'he wants out nonsense' people look for any excuse because things are all a bit pear shaped this season.

Course he wanted out!

Mirallas is brilliant like....where most pen takers worry about hitting the back of the 24-foot wide net, our Kev can hit the 4 inch wide post on purpose!
 
He's ace, our best player this season without a doubt and currently in RM wierd tactics the only one who can win us a game out of nothing....

He made 1 silly mistake, he's got loads in the bank for being so ace previously. Forget about it and move on. We need him for the long term!!

I wouldn't be supprised if he's had the piss taken out of him all week in training and I'd be amazed if the squad havnt forgot about it and moved on
