Kevin Mirallas

Let's be honest.....as well as Lennon has done recently he is no Deulefou..

Where it is particularly noticeable is when Aaron gets into a position on the right to whip in a cross.

There is nowhere near the wicked, fizzing accuracy which creates opening after opening that we see from Del......the Swansea game in particular should have seen Rom filling his golden boots such was the quality of Gerald's crosses.

I appreciate Lennon cannot be left out at the moment but the challenge for Bobby is this...find a way to unleash both of them from the start.

The selection problem increases come August when Yarmalenko is added to the mix ;)

Its actually great to be able to rest Deulofeu for a few games and hopefully work on his defensive game and stamina. He would definitely want to improve defensively and isnt afraid to run back and defend but just needs to learn the positioning aspects.

I think its unfair to say Lennon is no Deulofeu...theyre both opposite types of winger really. We just need to hope Deulofeu can improve stamina and defensively. Good to get Deulofeu on the pitch.

As for Mirallas hes never getting in the side as h isnt better than them and we dont need 3 RW players. He will be off in summer.

I can see Del and Lennon on the same pitch but I don't know if this is wishful thinking. Sadly it may be at the expense of Coleman with three at the back.
Either way it gives really good players the chance to rest for periods next season. That's a big change from few years ago.

With this being the mirallas thread, i'll just add to your final point which was about depth...we had piennar left and mirallas right....tbh i cant even think who was competing with them. Pretty incredible really and just shows the amount of work being done by Martinez to have this competition now.

Key for us is quaity competition and its a pity mirallas is so high risk and hot and cold as he has the ability.

Unsurprisingly hasn't been called up for the international break even though Hazard missing.
The full Belgium squad consists of the following 25 players:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, J-F Gillet, Mignolet

Defenders: Alderweireld, Boyata, Denayer, Engels, G. Gillet, Lombaerts, J. Lukaku, Vermaelen

Midfielders: Carrasco, Chadli, Dembele, Fellaini, T. Hazard, Mertens, Nainggolan, Witsel

Attackers: Batshuayi, Benteke, R. Lukaku, Origi

Wow. Fellaini and Benteke still in there despite what the fans think.

Not a fan of Mirallas but i've just been told he actually did get touched when he went down for his booking, they showed it on goals on Sunday so Benteke touch he gets a pen, Mirallas touch he gets a yellow.

He's going to expose Martinez as the massive fraud he is. Yes Kev.

It really is a shame that he doesn't play every week instead of Cleverley.

Hopefully he will find a subtle way of getting this message across, something like this on a t-shirt
