Kevin Mirallas

I'm convinced the new contract was simply to ensure that we were able to sell him in the summer instead of being released on a free.

The only downside to this of course, is that Martinez's reluctance to play him this season will ultimately play a part in reducing his value come July.

Kevin is not without fault with his obvious attitude, silly dismissals and the penalty fiasco last year, but personally he's still a decent player.

Not as good as he may think he is, however in parts that's a factor in why in the past he was so unpredictable - in both a good and bad way.

He showed under both Moyes and Martinez's first season that he could contribute vital goals, although now he's just dwindling away on the bench.

If Martinez didn't want him around then he should have let him go in the summer, or sold him in January. Sitting around is not helping either party.

I still feel he has an important part to play in the Cup semi. Vault me.
I'd like us to retain his services and I think if Martinez is eventually made to go, then we'll see the better aspects of Mirallas again.

I'm not saying he is amazing, nor should be automatically starting each week, but I think he's shown enough in the past to be in or around the XI.

Should be first choice on the left hand side. Cleverley, barkley, Kone have all tried and failed, it doesn't suit lennon or Deulofeu they both prefer the right.

It's a real shame how things have worked out as a few years ago he was arguably our most effective attacker. Now he's fallen massively from that level and looks unfit and uninterested.
Yet still remains probably our most talented player. Clearly a Moyes man, not favoured by this Manager.
