To be fair I think it was right not to start him today. However at half time he should of been brought on along with kone. He's a match winner regardless of how selfish and daft he can be at times

One of many reasons we need him is he will take attention away in part from Barkley, today in terms of creativity UTD had to just keep Barkley quiet and it was game won. Look what happened.

Think we will be seeing him start against Arsenal. Rightly or wrongly I understood why he didn't start Mirallas today, probably just proving a point to him that he wasn't going to walk straight in.

To not get any minutes though was a concern as I would have given him 20 minutes with an eye on next week.

On form Mirallas is our best player and Martinez prefers Naismith who doesnt even start for Scotland before him !

Some deals are financially base for example their is no way DDG will be at UTD for long

Not sure he helps Galloway when he spends most of the first half berating him for things that were partly his own fault.

fair point. I just think that's martinez's reasoning as he always has players like naismith/kone on the left instead of players like kev. main difference between them is kev doesn't do as much tracking back. I would love to see more of kev.

Then whats the point of having two DM? If they can't cover for players who are awesome going forward but need assistance in defence..?
