Thing is Gordon seems levels ahead of who he was last season, if so he can easily place Richarlison and the need fir a striker isn't going to be as vital as it was.
If we can Diaz it would be great though

Just replacing Richarlison isn't enough. We lacked goals last season anyway. We definitely need another striker today or Thelwell has had a poor window.

You’re right, forgot about Maupay, it wasn’t his fault he couldn’t play against Leeds.

A poor window overall. Coady has been a good loan signing, but most of the others represent a real gamble - and yes, I would include Onana and Gueye.

The business has been done later than we would have liked for sure.
And yes, I think we would all liked to have seen a TRUE Richarlison replacement and another attacking option.
But as somebody said, since Jan we have bought a whole new defence and a whole new midfield. The squad was never getting "fixed" in 2 windows.
We just have to hope we have enough to stay Midtable whilst giving our very young squad the time it needs to "grow".
For me our biggest issue, creativity, hasnt been addressed, for me our whole season rests on how many games we can get Dom on the pitch.
But overall, I'm pleased with what we have done.
