We lose 4-0 to top of the table... blame Thelwell. It's like an old record where the needle gets stuck. The blame for this mess is with our owners. The rest is just hearsay.

Well for either reason he should walk. The complete shambles of a crucial transfer window that was either his incompetence. Or board interference. People went on like this about brands. At least 3 of those dreadful players out there tonight were brands. Iwobi, doucoure and godfrey. And yet we got the excuses of the board are holding him back doing his job. I still refuse to believe Thelwell couldnt have got 1 or 2 loans in over the whole of january to at least give a presence up front.
Are we now going to have the same as brands who at the end blamed the board. but was happy to draw his salary for 3 years. Which i think personally he used as a bit of an excuse.
January was catastrophic for the club.

Appalling. That’s a list of who can we sign rather than what needs to be signed.

Gana was pure romanticism typical of the club and should never have come back .

I suspect things are far worse here financially than the club would like the public to know.

Of course he takes some blame. He has assembled a squad that is out of its depth at this level

That is one depressing list. If I had to pick the best player out of them, it'd be Onana on the basis we might get our money back.

Think personally Kevin should be sacked for the whole January mess. However if we go down I doubt he will be sacked unless we have a whole takeover. So Kevin you best be doing your job and getting ready to assemble a squad ready to come straight back up. But who are we kidding when you can’t even sign 1 player.

Honestly given that we've gone through multiple DOFs by now it's clear that the problems are higher up with Moshiri and the board. I'm sure the fact we likely got maupay and McNeil on installment plans says it all

Maupay hasn't worked out but if you look at our 3 best performers this season I would say:

Tarks
Iwobi
Onana

2 are Big Kev signings. The way McNeil has improved and Iwobi regressed since Dyche arrived you may potentially also add Dwight to that top 3 come the seasons end.

I shudder to think where we would be had he not made some decent signings on a tight budget with FFP restrictions.
