He’s added to the squad problems, he hasn’t actually resolved anything. We have come out of both of his transfer windows worse than when we went into them. He should be sacked.
If we sack him we can't replace him, we have to walk away from the DOF model
 


He gets off lightly because you can't blame 7 years of decline on someone who came in at the tail-end, after countless managers and DOFs have been in before him.

He takes the blame for not signing a striker in the last two windows and signing Maupay. Just because others have failed in the role previously doesn't mean he's allowed to do so without being criticised for it.

Yeah but he is working under much harder circumstances, with less money and a less attractive club
 

Yup we're the only club in Europe that isn't suited to a DoF model.
Would we be the only club in Europe who didn’t have a good one?

We’ve had 3 like who have either not performed, been told what to do by their bosses or just not very good.

We have had a very good one that fits the model and is currently back at his old club using that exam same model.

We let him work for about 0 seasons on his own and owners both kept "doing bits" for some reason lol
