That's definitely the preferred option lolI'd rather he be fired from a cannon into the Vauxhall conference league which is probably his level.

Either way Kev got a positive result and his work did play a role in taking the club forward, on and off the field. Don't forget it's not just about the squad for him, but the books too, he has to deal with the financial sideThat's luck and not planning. Dyche was gonna get on with the job regardless of the zero help he got from the club
One of the biggest clubs in the country means nothing, he joined a club who stayed up with one game to go last season.January was spot on read that back to your self and remember we were on the bones of our arse in a nightmare of a relagation fight and we had Micheal Keane up front against wolves . FFS were Everton one of the biggest clubs in the country never forget that
Depends on the forward really, and with hindsight what was available was broadly gash. The Danjuma loan was the only deal that really made any sense and I’m not sure Thelwell could’ve done much more. Or we could’ve tried to outbid Southampton for Onyuachu but he’s been their worst signing since George Weah’s imaginary cousin.Apologies if I don't agree that Kopite Kev and Dyche had the plan to say we had enough to take it to the last 90mins of the season to stay up.
We approached a lot of player in January and got turned away.
We were 1 forward away from being comfortably out the relegation scrap before March IMO.
Hands tied is correct, but tied by circumstances that happened before he came, also the timing of sacking Frank couldnt of helped, that was insane, if we got Dyche after the world cup, when we should of done, maybe we could spent a period of time looking for players he wanted to work with, we also would of gained more pointsStill reckon his hands were somewhat tied in January. It was clear that we had to be super cautious with money and loan deals at that point of the season still carry a big risk, as well as being difficult in general to sort out.
The other big factor was Lampard. There had to be huge uncertainty over his future anyway right up until the time that he got the bullet, which was also a big factor in the whole Danjuma debacle. That one was fully the fault of the board.
Yeah its pathetic really, as you say the last seven seasons but people are moaning about someone who has just turned up at the tail endEverybody seems to be pointing the finger at this fella when we all know how moshiri has worked over the last seven seasons. He could be lining up all manner of signings but being vetoed by moshiri. Get the organisation straight i.e. no interference from owner and he might be better than people think. Only when the board has been sorted can we truly judge him imho that is.
Who did you think we were going to get? Another Maupay? another Simms? Not signing a striker in January was a massive failure. This lad has made some decent signings but necessity has to be met as a minimum, hamstrung by Financial restraints or not. We were very lucky not to be relegated through lack of goals.
His job job is to do what what his equivalent at Brighton has been doing as in get good premier league players in our squad. The fact we went in to the last period and most important part of the season with no goal threat says it all . So to say he got January spot on is madness but if your happy seeing like I say one of biggest and best clubs in the country getting dry bummed by the likes of Brentford Fulham Bournemouth well your a different Everton fan than me. Let’s hope he pulls some diamonds out of somewhere but we cannot be left short againOne of the biggest clubs in the country means nothing, he joined a club who stayed up with one game to go last season.
Yes he got January spot on, we did stay up without feeling the need to waste money on another Tosun.
I think if he’d been handed the 40m Gordon money, or anything like it, and told to go get a striker, then if he’d failed he’d have been sacked on the spot, not least because it made Moshiri look foolish. Not signing a striker in January was a massive failure.
