Apparently it’s like a Co- CEO role.

One CEO takes care of the business, the other on technical, commercial, financial and negotiating aspects of the footballing side - head of football, it’s would be line manager of the DOF.
Another chain of command that'll be bypassed then 🤣

This is the problem, sacking the CEO etc was the right thing to do, but while it’s Farhad and Kia choosing the next people things will never get better.

It was always going to be the thing mate. People wanted change, change was needed, but no one was specific on what specific change they would like beyond - just hopefully being run better - never any guarantees of that.

What made us think based on past experience of Moshiris decision making, that his decision's on bring about change would be good ones.

My initial thoughts are this lad or someone like him could be brought into to do pretty much what Bill is doing at the moment.

You’d think that new investors would want to clamp down on stuff like this, letting Kia pull the strings from the shadows. But maybe Mosh is trying to sneak one more whiffy decision through before they’re fully on board.

Regardless of MSP mate. He still is majority shareholder and has a lot of control, likely if this did happen it would have the ascent of MSP Id imagine mate, think like corporate governance will be agreed.

From an article abiut why he was binned by Arsenal…

A statement issued under the signatures of Managing Director, Vinai Venkatesham, and ironically Head of Football, Raúl Sanllehí, referenced the shortfall in revenue brought on by Covid-19 and that the cuts would ultimately help the club to continue to invest in the team. (How cutting 55 positions and saving around $4 million a year will help to strengthen the squad rings hollow but nonetheless that was the reason given by the Arsenal brass.)

I must admit I am. impressed that Arsenal are so forward thinking that they employ an official sex worker? Fair play!

I'm staggered at how much traction a made up article from the Daily Mail is getting. Call the eff down, all of you.

It's a bored hack putting 2 and 2 together and getting.... Oh..... Thirty eight.

The link is tenuous at best.

  1. He was employed at Arsenal when Moshiri and Usmanov were shareholders.
  2. The hack knows Evertonians are suspicious of agents, particularly Joorabchian
  3. The club is undoubtedly in a period of transition, and supporters are desperate for news.
"I know, I'll make something up and get a load of clicks for my bosses as ad revenue, off to the pub now."

MSP are coming in. They're here to turn the business around. You don't do that by letting this fella enrich his pals (and himself via kickbacks)

Don't forget, one of the founders of MSP IS 'Jerry McGuire.' He knows all the crooked plays out there.

It won't happen.
