Pretty sure this means you can have 4 players on loan from English clubs in a season with at most 2 at a time.
But loans from non-English clubs, don't count against this.

Allowed two from PL, two abroad.

It's important he communicates now and then, but if we truly are skint, then he can't come out and say that, no more than he could if we'd struck oil.

If business is going to be late, then it's going to come at a cost of yet again forfeiting vital points in August whilst we wait for some ugly deadline day scramble.

Clearly he lacks both resource and freedom to do the job. It begs a question as to how long you want to simply pick up your salary in that position, before eventually deciding that you cannot function in the role and go elsewhere.

It's a pity we weren't too skint to stop him wasting 15 million on Maupay,

I’m not a fan of him but to say he doesn’t work is getting daft really, especially as he was the only one in situ for 5 months while the board were cowering

He needs to be told either way if he has the funding or not to bring bodies into the club and if the former then surely you’d start to question the point of being in the role?

I agree but he ain't going to walk away from a big fat pay check to prove a point is he ?

Plenty of people have posted the things he does outside of player recruitment and he himself stated he was a "line manager".
