I would like to see us ditch this DOF system altogether tbh. Not been impressed with it from the off. Better to save a load of money and go back to the much more reliable system of the Manager being more involved in signings. I would bet most Managers would want it that anyway instead of having to mess about with a 3rd party and unneeded bureaucracy and time wasting.
