I think he needs to speak. But then again the former CEO or Moshiri should be telling the fans the struture of the club and the main responsibilities. of the key decision makers. But i think the big issue is that for years BK and Moshiri have been interfering in the transfers and thats why we are going through managers and dofs.

There is no way he deserves any praise for the state the squad was in last season. Our striker situation was gross incompetence.

I think the biggest issue is that he identifies a player. He then has to convince Dyche( which i think is correct) but he then has to convince Chairman Bill and Moshiri. Thats where i believe our problems are. Those 2 buffoons think they are experts and their opinion is best. Chairman Bill just thinks he knows better than everyone else as he is delusional and Moshiri calls Kia who tells him he has a better player. The process is a mess and has being since Chairman Bill became Chairman Bill.
