Can somebody please get their hands on that root and branch 100+ point Club overhaul review he carried out? Would love to see just how impressively we've performed in all aspects that fall under Mr Thelwell's responsibility. Assuming the Board of Directors are delighted with his efforts as he's still here and seemingly doing excellent work in everything aside from transfers.

Most of those points are along the lines of "Only Pickled Onion Monster Munch allowed in the vending machines"
