All we heard from the Bobble was that Thelwell was in agreement with appointing Moyes which isn't the same as saying he chose him.

. What sterling job has he done which particular player? Ndiaye is decent but do we even know who’s behind bringing players in seems textor was behind O’Brien and is nothing to do with the club, we’re still a mess and employing people who have been a part of the mess should be starting a fresh from top to bottom I know it will take time but Thelwell also needs to see the door.

From what I've just seen, it says Thelwell is out and Weir is in.
Can't see Moyes working well with this feller.
Considering Moyes is on record a few times saying he thinks there(DOFs) a waste of time and he doesn’t like them I can’t see it going well also
I'd trust a Moyes signing over a thelwell signing myself like .

Given what is the most important windowin the clubs recent history, I’d be amazed if that were true a) due to fact Weir seems well in at Brighton now b) Thelwell will have done all the groundwork for this window. Any change would seriously jeopardise our ability to bring in players identified over an extended period. May well happen but I’d imagine that would surely be in the summer window, not now
