Your vacuum cleaner has my sympathies...Joey's knob's fell off and our vacuum cleaner sh1t itself yesterday. All makes sense now.
Nothing deserves what it obviously went throughYour vacuum cleaner has my sympathies
I know it's pain.Nothing deserves what it obviously went through
Cheers lads. They didn't pay by credit card. The person sending it us responsible for it till it's in your hands.
What's to stop the delivery fella just signing anything and taking it home.
Same if it's left on a doorstep it's the seller responsible till you pick it up.
If they paid by card contact the bank and do a charge back.
Saying you havnt got the goods
No, no, he's a tit.Tit !!!!!
*edit* didn't mean any mallas mate x
Ah, try chargeback if done by debit card.Cheers lads. They didn't pay by credit card.
I had a feeling they were in the right, but they are in their 70's so they just want an easy life
Just like anyone , when they told me, I wasn't happy like. They don't have much, but when my dad can, he buys tools for his hobby. He's pretty good (woodwork, making random stuff)
But I just needed to know before I go in ranting and raving on Monday
We all love him really xxNo, no, he's a tit.

They paid on their card, so.. there's proof.Ah, try chargeback if done by debit card.
Proper scumbags out there.
You can do a charge back, with a debit or credit card. They paid on their card, so.. there's proof.
Thank you xYou can do a charge back, with a debit or credit card.
Get in touch with the bank.
If they have online dispute the payment.
You are a customer of the supplier not the courier. The merchant should take it up with the courier if needed. Not so much about quality, but a little rant here about buying good, and not receiving then. What are our rights?
Sorry to go on, but my mum and dad *working class, both on their pension now, also I help them out every month.
My Dad purchased something from a builder's merchant, for around £150. Got a notification from a courier saying it was delivered and signed for.
Nothing was delivered to my mum n dad's. My Dad went to the merchants and they said he had to take it up with the courier service.
I went home today, and he told me this and of course I was bubbling. I looked online for advice, and apparently we are in the right as he didn't recieve it, even though it was signed for.
Anyone got any advice?
Also, why is it acceptable for these couriers to take a puck of a pacel on the floor, instead of taking a pic of the person holding the parcel
My mum n dad haven't got a lot of money, but this type of thing really gets to me. Any help would be great
