The knob on the gas main oven fell of our Gas Cooker last night - Agos revenge from about 5 years ago ...
Replacement knob coming tomorrow if it fits ....
The rest of the gas cooker OK
Why are white goods so crap nowadays not made to last ?
Other provisions we have catered for just in case,,,,
New cooker in the January sales will be obtained not from Argos !

Cheap my arsp the first cooker from Argos the oven door fell off after 5 weeks they reluctantly replaced it as they could not get parts .,, one crap firm !

Again, it's for my mum n dad. I sort of knew they were in the right, but I didn't want to bounce in the office on Tuesday without having any clout.

It is possible that it is some misunderstanding or error with the delivery notification or something so, from previous bitter experience, I now always go in gently at first as it is possible to lose the moral high ground and/or make it look like it is you being the unreasonable one if you take off right from the get go ...
