Mail tweets that EFC is asking for 35M. Mirror claims Ross is going to have to drop his wage demands to play for them.

Signing a couple English players in Pickford, Keane was pretty bright, even if the outlay was higher. Makes losing a home grown player like Ross less impactful.

If we get offered 35M for Ross, take it IMMEDIATELY.

Yes, and they say what he's demanding is the same amount Everton offered him in the contract he refused to sign (120k p/w). So he'd get his wish to leave but less money than he could have had for staying.
It's all a bit murky this 'transfer saga'. I don't like it but I'm watching with interest.

Not sure any of those articles state he was offered 120 a week, but seriously, who in the top 6 are going to pay him that? Spurs? Heck no.

Man U? Maybe, but where would he play? He wouldn't even make the team sheet with the bazillion midfielders they have (or forwards they are playing at midfield).

The kid may not like Koeman, but come on, man. He is getting bad advice from someone.

Many factors in this situation but its easy to blame Ross and paint him as the enemy

As I'm sure everyone will.

At the end of the day we won't know what the reasons are until after he goes or we might never know.

Unless he acts like a tit towards Everton at his future club everyone should just move on.

City fit the bill with regards to being the only team that would be willing to pay his alleged, and I stress the word alleged, wage demands for a player who wouldn't join as a regular starter.
Is it City that is having the issues with Home Grown registration?

At least at Spurs, he would get a game or two with Euro footy. Beyond that, he's still going to be valuable because god forbid Allie or Eriksen go down with an injury, Ross provides pretty good cover. But not for 120 a week.
